Dear Sir or Madam,
"German Stories" took center stage at the Taipei International Book Exhibition this February, when 13 German authors captivated the audience with exciting books and workshops. German-language literature will also be celebrated at the 10th Festival Neue Literatur in NYC and at BOOKFEST in Frankfurt this year, which just openend its call for participation. Still not enough celebration? Well, we also heartily invite you to our panel about Artificial Intelligence at the SXSW-Festival as well as the Publishers' Forum conference. Not forgetting the Leipzig Book Fair, where our Guest of Honour 2019 Norway will offer a first taste of its rich literary programme!

#germanstories in Taipei
At the Taipei International Book Exhibition (TIBE) in February, "German Stories" took centre stage: 13 German authors were part of the German delegation and 37 publishing houses were exhibiting at the German stand. A multi-use space that reconfigured itself throughout the day for various activities, the stand was at times a race track for dashing children, an audience space for live interviews, and a comfortable lounge for perusing a book under the glow of the design’s pink canopies. Publishers Weekly spoke with four of the Children's publishers to learn more about what they were pitching at TIBE and their perspectives on the Taiwanese children’s book market.
